From Building Manager, his exemplary performance led to a rapid ascent, culminating in his role as Associate Director for Operations. In this capacity, Rommel was instrumental in achieving the FPD Asia Property Services Inc.’s first ISO accreditation. He subsequently took on the role of First Assistant Vice-President for Property Management at SM Development Corporation (SMDC), where he established and led Greenmist Property Management, an in-house property management entity. Rommel continued to enhance his career as First Vice-President for Property Management at Federal Land Inc. and as Vice President for Property Management at Robinsons Land Corporation. At Robinsons Land, he was pivotal in developing the in-house property management company, Staten Property Management, further establishing his reputation as a leader in the field.

Jeff represents the youth, verve, and optimism in Q&A whose foundation is a dynamic blend of marketing, law and client engagement. His experience spans the range of marketing engagement initiatives to sales, allowing him to have a firm grasp of client needs.
However, his learnings go back much earlier as a national athlete; globally ranked in archery, where he represented the Philippines from 2009–2017 at Shanghai World Cups, SEA Games and US Archery Open, Utah, USA. He holds under his belt numerous titles and victories.
His unique blend of customer insights, sports discipline, and advocacy work reflects his ability to lead with precision and empathy.
